In compliance with the duty to provide information established in the applicable regulations on personal data protection, as well as in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is hereby stated that this website is owned by:

FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN SL (hereinafter, FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN), with Tax ID No. B56650864 and registered office at Calle Sombrero de Copa nº 33, 1B, 50019, Zaragoza.

The Data Controller of personal data, as well as the obligations inherent to the website owner, shall be assumed by the entity depending on the type of service concerned.

This information constitutes and regulates the terms of use, limitations of liability, and obligations that users of the Website assume and undertake to respect.

Definitions

“Page”: domain FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN SL and www.fsqgourmet.com with proprietary services made available to Internet Users.

“User”: natural person who uses or browses the Page, either on their own behalf or on behalf of the legal entity they represent.

“Content”: the pages that make up this domain in its entirety, which constitute the information and services that FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN makes available to Internet Users. Likewise, the contents are the intellectual property of FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN or of third parties, as applicable; therefore, the intellectual property rights belong to FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN or to third parties who have authorized their use by FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN, and these parties hold the exclusive right to exercise the exploitation rights thereof in any form, and especially the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, and such rights are not deemed transferred nor is their use authorized, under any circumstances, to users of the page unless such rights are obtained in writing from their lawful owner.

The unauthorized use of the information contained on this WEBSITE, as well as the infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN or of third parties included on the Page who have provided contents, shall give rise to the legally established liabilities.

Complaints that may be submitted by Users who are considered consumers under current legislation shall be handled by the Customer Service Department of FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN and may be sent to any of the contact details specified in this legal notice, and shall be answered by the appropriate means within a maximum period of 30 days.

In the event of a complaint or rejection of a response by FOOD SAVE THE QUEEN , the consumer may contact the consumer authorities of their autonomous community or resort to the platform under REGULATION (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May, on online dispute resolution for consumer matters (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

Jurisdiction

For all matters arising regarding the interpretation, application and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, all parties involved submit to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals in accordance with the current procedural regulations.

Applicable legislation

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law and the applicable personal data protection regulations.
