Six wines. Six Garnachas.
Six, because it is balance
And wine, in essence, is balance.
Because before becoming wine, every bottle was landscape.
And it is precisely that landscape that gives this collection its meaning.
More than a collection of wines, a reading of the present and the future of a variety capable of expressing the landscape, origin, and character of each territory like no other.
Mrs. Garnacha brings together six of the most representative Garnachas in Spain, in a selection curated by Luis Baselga, Best Michelin Sommelier Spain 2026.

El FAVORITO del BAAL 2025
We find ourselves in Pelayos de la Presa, with high-altitude vineyards in San Martin de Valdeiglesias, within the Madrid Designation of Origin.
Granite soils, where Garnacha made with a soil-driven approach stands defined, structured, and mineral.
With substance and savouriness, nerve and verticality. Fleshy, yet without heaviness.
Flower and fruit take a back seat here, as the landscape of Gredos is conveyed through Garnacha. A faithful reflection of the surroundings it comes from.

TELESCOPICO
In the small town of Alpartir we discover a rare bird among the region’s Garnachas. Century-old high-altitude vineyards, with slate laid out like a chessboard. Here, Garnacha is wise; it has seen generations pass.
With Fernando, it has found a contemporary way of expressing weight and grace, unusual tactile sensations; it enters on tiptoe, then unfolds into a wealth of saline and floral sensations. One of the great Garnachas of Spain.

DOMINIO del CHALLAO 2023
La Rioja, and more specifically Rioja Alavesa, has enjoyed a globally recognised reputation ever since our French counterparts drew on its quality via the Haro railway station.
An area where multi-varietal blending was the means of achieving balance.
Manuel Michelini makes a high-altitude Garnacha on predominantly silty soils. A savoury, saline, deep Garnacha, where Manu applies the recipe of patience, letting it rest for two winters in the cellar before bottling; giving the wine a less exuberant primary character, toasted sensations, and overwhelming depth.

El MOLAR 2023
Keko, the leading figure of Monastrell in Spain, makes a dry-farmed Garnacha in the Sierra del Molar, Murcia, on sandy and gravelly soils, a challenge in the search for freshness and finesse. Jose Maria is an observer, ahead of his time.
An approachable Garnacha, floral and fruity, with the region’s characteristic aromatic nuances: balsamic notes, peppery spice, and woody spices.
Garnacha as a conduit for the warm, abrasive easterly wind when the breeze catches it and the midmorning sun warms it.
An unselfconscious Garnacha, claiming the Mediterranean as its identity.

ALTAROSES 2023
Here we find the most singular winery in the region, for its vision and its deeply personal idea of what an inland Mediterranean Garnacha should express.
There is no excess of oak; concrete and delicacy instead, to respect the surroundings and the aromatic complexity that a Garnacha from living soil and deep roots develops.
Here the limestone resonates, a reflection of mineral salts, lively iodine notes, and crisp fruit that calls for sip after sip.
Toasted aromas with a hypnotic persistence.

CORRAL de los ALTOS 2024
Viña Zorzal embodies a hopeful present and future for Navarra, championing a new generation and reshaping the region’s approach and mindset by prioritising quality over quantity.
Three brothers united by a shared commitment to restoring the legacy of Navarra as the home of premium Garnacha.
A rugged landscape of rounded stones and clay provides the vines with the reserves needed to achieve depth, structure and concentration, while careful vineyard management refines every detail to produce a wine of precision, free from excess or extravagance.
A textured Garnacha with depth, vibrant fruit and restrained aromas, showcasing the region’s most compelling expression of emotional, terroir-driven viticulture.
THE COLLECTION DOES NOT END IN THE BOTTLE, IT BEGINS THERE
